2.5 X 3.5 inches (the size of a trading card) it fits in trading card sleeves and pocket frames for easy display! A lot of collectors stick magnets on the back to display on their fridge.
Edges may not always be perfectly square, this is normal for the medium.
ACEO stands for Art Cards Editions and Originals. Originally it was felt that Cornish rex Cat ATC/ACEOs should only ever be traded or gifted, and ACEOs can be sold. Some collectors still hold to those rules, others are more loose. There are entire communities who collect art at this size, it’s a lot of fun!
